At the recent friendly get-to-know-you meeting, we had the pleasure of discussing the development opportunities of the International Montessori School Berlin (IMS) with great anticipation for the future. The participation of Mrs Richter-Kotowski, City Councillor for Education, and Mr von Wittig, Head of the Sports and Education Department, gave the meeting a special significance and we would like to express our sincere thanks for their interest and commitment.
Our discussions centred on the urgent need for more time for both uncovered and covered sports facilities as well as the expansion possibilities of the IMS. We were particularly pleased with how constructive and solution-orientated the discussion was. It became clear that everyone involved has a strong interest in improving the framework conditions for sport and education at our school.
We are confident that together we can take positive steps to expand the sports infrastructure and thus offer IMS students even better opportunities for their physical development. At the same time, we are determined to further strengthen IMS as an educational institution and expand its capacity to meet the growing need for Montessori education in our community.
We thank our visitors again for their participation and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.
